Pulled Plant Meat Tacos

Serves 4-6

Pulled Plant Meat:
200g plant meat, 40g bhuna masala, salt to taste

Hazelnut Salsa:
1 chopped tomato, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2-3 sprigs coriander, 2 chopped green chilies, 50g chopped toasted hazelnuts

Step 1: Pulled Plant Meat:
Boil plant meat in water until soft and fluffy.
Drain, cool slightly, and shred into threads.
Mix with bhuna masala and season with salt.

Step 2: Hazelnut Salsa:
In a bowl, combine tomato, onion, green chilies, and lemon juice.
Add toasted hazelnuts and season with salt.
Garnish with torn coriander leaves.

Step 3: Assemble:
Serve the pulled plant meat in tacos and top with hazelnut salsa.
