Chocolate Hazelnut Bark



Serves 6-8
500g milk chocolate
50g crushed Florentine biscuits
100g finely chopped hazelnuts
150g roughly chopped hazelnuts
50g cranberries
70g dark chocolate
Step 1: Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
Step 2: Stir in the crushed Florentine biscuits and finely chopped hazelnuts.
Step 3: Spread the mixture evenly on a tray lined with acetate sheet or butter paper.
Step 4: Decorate with the roughly chopped hazelnuts and cranberries.
Step 5: Drizzle melted dark chocolate in crisscross patterns on top.
Step 6: Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes to set.
Step 7: Break into pieces and enjoy!
