Turkish Hazelnuts India
1 cup Turkish hazelnuts ¼ cup besan (gram flour) 1 tsp red chili powder 2 pinches turmeric powder (haldi) 2 tbsp rice flour 2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste 2-3 tbsp lime juice Oil for brushing on top Salt to taste
½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp red chili powder
Step 1: Combine hazelnuts with all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Step 2: Add ginger-garlic-green chili paste and mix well. Step 3: Gradually add lime juice until the mixture becomes sticky and adheres to the hazelnuts. Step 4: Cook by air frying, baking, or deep frying. If air frying, brush with oil after 2-3 minutes. Step 5: Once cooked, sprinkle it with chaat masala and red chili powder. Allow to cool to room temperature. Step 6: Store in an airtight container and enjoy! Serve it as snacks!
