Hazelnut Thandai Bliss

Serves 6-8

Thandai Khoya Layer

• Khoya (grated) – 80 g
• Thandai syrup – 25 g
• Honey – 15 g

Hazelnut Stuffing

• Crushed hazelnuts – 200 g
• Sugar powder – 40 g
• Cardamom powder – 20 g
• Honey – for binding

Garnish

• Silver varq – as required

Step 1: Thandai Khoya

1. Heat pan on low flame.
2. Add khoya and cook till smooth.
3. Add thandai syrup and mix.
4. Add honey and cook briefly.
5. Cool to workable temperature.

Step 2: Hazelnut Stuffing
1. Mix hazelnuts, sugar, and cardamom.
2. Add honey gradually to bind.
3. Form a soft mixture.

Step 3: Shaping & Assembly:
1. Shape hazelnut mixture into small domes.
2. Coat evenly with thandai khoya.
3. Smooth the surface.
